I had a business account with eir but recently moved to vodafone.
Last summer I bought an iPhone 5s in an eir shop, it was not bought on a plan or contract but is locked to eircom.
Over three weeks ago I contacted the business help line and they said they would unlock it, it has gone well over the 10 working days which they said it would take, the business helpline has been broken since Wednesday and I was wondering why you have failed to unlock the iPhone.
