Dear Eir,
I had cancelled my account on the 18th of Jan 2018 and filled out the link that u given me. But today 7th of April I still receive another bill even though I paid last bill and send all your equipments back (I got a receipt from an post). I won't pay since I no longer use your service, could u please remove me from your billing system.

    2. Full name,
    3. Full postal address,

I've liaised with the relevant team and they have confirmed that the immediate cease request has been applied and your account will be disconnected within 24-48 hours.

    I've disputed the invalid charges and now your account balance is €0.00.
