Hi,

I moved to Virgin Media in the last week and landline and mobile numbers have been ported over. If i try and login to my old Eir account it says it is not active.

I need to confirm if there are any other actions I need to take? Do I need to return the modem and TV box?

I can PM the old UAN/Account number if required.

    Hi Marsav68,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    I'm afraid, Myeir is only applicable for active account customers and you'd be unable to use Myeir as your account is terminated.

    You'd need to send back your modem to the below address with your account number and name:

    eir Returns,
    PO Box 12726,
    Freepost,
    Dublin 11.
