Still getting charged after equipment was sent back (Solved)

    Hi Guys
    changed my evision package in august by the chat function,
    that worked fine, got an address "Eir Returns, PO Box 12726, Free Post, Dublin 11"
    to send equipment back, the equipment was sent back on 04/08/2017 to the address given,

    this months bill now has a €40 non recovery charge :(

    can you look into this for me??

    I've removed the eir vision non-recovery charge from your bill & hereafter you won't be charged for that.
