Hi all,

I am new to eir and I have linked my super valu card to this account. Super valu can verify that the points where changed so the issue is with Eir not super valu.
I have since changes my points to 6euro worth off my account, yet Eir have not displayed this.
I have logged it as a complaint on 7 june and this issue is not escalated or resolved.

    Assuming you redeemed the Supervalu points after your last bill then the value redeemed should appear on your next bill. my.eir does not display any credits until your next bill is produced (area for improvement)
