I have never in my entire human existence come across a company with the WORST customer service as this Eir!!! They have the most unprofessional and rude and ignorant staff. They make empty promises when you have an issue, that they'll call back within 48hrs, but never do! I'm still waiting since January and it's now March! The so called team leaders / supervisors don't have the courtesy or manners to come on the line to speak with the customer. They are too busy to take your call. Nice 👍🏽👍🏽 Well done guys!! And there's obviously a very low level of hiring when English as a language let alone isn't obviously the hired staffs choice of language let alone Gaelic. Yet we are in Ireland! No internet service for weeks now and yet they are quick to send out and charge you for a service your not getting. And don't even get me started on the fact that there was bill issues in January in excess of €300+ when our actual bill was in fact only less than €70 when we spotted the over charge and queried it. Luckily we did. Imagine how many other customers they are screwing over left right and center. Whether it be through excess charges or through charging for services that you don't even have!!! Bottom line is. They don't have one ounce of appreciation for any customer. And their customer service is non existent!!

    Eir-what can I say!Probably the crapest company I have ever in my life come across!two weeks I've spent waiting for my package install, the first install day I got the lad came out to tell me oh we can't install as you've no phone line-would you not have asked me that in the first place rather then I waiting a week on top of taking a full day off for something I could have told you straight away!another week passes and install was supposed to be today-I ring at 1pm and am told yep, your install is this afternoon!4.45pm comes and no one has arrived!i ring to enquire and the lady tells me oh there was no technician assigned-eh?you told me the same afternoon they were on route, I ask to speak to a manager and get cut off, I ring back and am told there was no install booked-eh, the previous staff member told me there was!i ask to speak to a manager-surprise surprise-in cut off!i ring back again-in cut off!i ring eir direct then-am messed round for 35 mins only to be hung up on!i ring again and am told oh they don't know what happened so they'll book another install in-another week and day expected out of my time-no appology or actual proper explaination!so eir go shove it up your asses!what a shower of absolute clowns!i will never ever use you and will ensure I spread the word of how crap your service is!i look forward to you going out of business cause it'll certainly happen very very soon!

    Hi all, I have the same consist feeling with regard to eir' customer service. This has been my worst customer experience. I am happy for anyone in the community to contact me for advice not to go forward and to get out of their contract. This is not the customer you should go with
