Hi!
I had "mobile broadband" contract (6 months) which I asked for upgrade to "fibre broadband" (12 months). Fibre broadband was settled and works now, however, in fact both of them work, both mobile (LTE) and DSL. I wasn't told that I have to return LTE modem device, do I have to? When exactly will LTE service stop working?

I have tried to ask for return here https://www.nightline-delivers.com/eir/home - put my account number - but it didn't work. It just says "Unfortunately we couldn't verify your account number.".

Could you please manually check it? (I can send account number with other details if needed to you in PM).

    • Name on the account
    • Contact Number
    • Items Returned in the post,

    Hi Vaishali!

    Yes, exactly, I have started from https://www.eir.ie/equipmentreturns/
    I see that I have the following options to return the device:
    - Dropping it to a Parcel Motel
    - Freepost

    If I choose first option, I have to register here https://www.nightline-delivers.com/eir/home - but it doesn't allow me to do this. It says "Unfortunately we couldn't verify your account number."
    How exactly to return it with freepost? Can I use any anpost branch?

    Last time I have returned good to the seller through post it wasn't free for me, I was asked to pay.

    Where can I find such label - could you send it to me?

    Yes, you can use any anpost branch, Pavel. You can return the equipment to the Freepost address without the labels.
