can't set a voicemail message following porting my number (Question)

Hi,
Has anyone got advice on how to set a voicemail message following porting a number to prepay?
I have ported my number from billpay to prepay and now when I try to set a voicemail message and use voicemail all I get is "incorrect number" when it asks for my number. I have tried both the ported and original sim number and both don't seem to work.

    I've activated the voicemail feature for you. I'd recommend you to dial 171 and follow the instruction to setup voicemail. You can also click here to know about the setting and using of voicemail.
