Unable to top-up or send call-mes on phone. (Solved)

Hi,

I bought credit today and I'm unable to connect to 1741. All I can hear is a single "beep" and the phone call ends. I have also tried topping up with the text option, but that does not work either, and displays a red triangle with an exclamation mark beside the text. (same with Call-Me to 50001)

Can somebody help me with this please?
