I had contacted eir thrice in Jan for my account to be closed in Feb, filled the form via the link sent to me and even returned the equipment back. Also, the loyalty department had confirmed on a phone call with them that my account would be closed in Feb. Still I have been charged this month.

I want eir to return my money back and close my account.

    I would still expect a Final Bill in March after cancelling in Feb..

    My account has not yet been cancelled and I have been sent a bill again. When are you going to cancel my acount and I want my money refunded to me. No one has responded to me from eircom yet. Sarah, you may expect a bill even now but I dont.. This is really bad on the side on Eircom and I want my issue resolved asap.
