Hi

Have recently (last week) had eir Fibre at Home installed.
Everything tells me this should come with eir sport.
I am able to logon to my eir fine but when I try the sports app or use the website link it tells me my account or password are incorrect.

How do I fix this?

Hey John,

Welcome to the Community

There's two apps available. One is red which is for mobile only customers and the other is green which should be the one for yourself.

Had you gotten the green one?

Hi Kev

I have the green app and am also having problems logging on via the web site - every time it tells me my logon details are incorrect.. despite the fact that I can logon to my eir just fine.
