Hi

We are having problems with our Eir TV it will not record/pause, we are a new customer and it has never worked, i have contacted technical support 5 times and reported it over the last two weeks, the box needs replacing as there is a fault with it, each time im told someone will be out, each time i am let down, can someone from customer support contact me as i am not waiting another 10 minutes on hold, i have wasted 2 hours of my life already, so far my Eir experience has been terrible.

    i have done this 5 times!!!, i ask why should i do it a 6th!! im sick of holding for 10 minutes each time, i then listen to someone punching a keyboard for 20 minutes saying someone will be out to replace and nothing happens, i have even been promised a call back to say the date is confirmed, terrible terrible customer care!!
    i give up

    is there a free phone number for customer care, i dont want to talk to the tech support section anymore
