Two (2) weeks ago an eir tech came to my Mams home to install a new fibre line and modem. The new eir fibre account has still not been setup, the phone nor the internet works either. I cannot call her on her landline nor Skype her which is a crisis for her because she is elderly and I live abroad permanently.

Eir, please! help me. :(
