Cannot log in to 'my eir' (Question)

Have been using 'my eir' for a while and tried to check my account recently without success. Initially it was giving me a credentials failure but even when I changed my password via 'forgotten password' option, still could not get in. The password change seemed to be successful each time I did it but still cant gain access to my account.

    This is what I get when I select 'I've forgotten my email address' and enter my phone and account number.

    How long will this upgrade take? It is a bit unprofessional for an internet provider to not have an email contact.

    I am having the exact same issue. Cannot login on website or app. Changed password, it seems successfully, but the menu items I need to see are missing. App gives error message of technical issue.

    I've checked from my end and I'm unable to login your my eir accounts. I've raised my eir case and once the issue gets resolved you'll be notified by the relevant team.

    Working for me now also. Appreciate the fix even if communication was a bit convoluted. The email link is still down because of upgrade I see.
