Hi guys,

When I signed up with Eir I was told I would receive a free tablet after the cooling off period.
I'm had several calls with the team and still waiting on the "code" to be emailed.
Can you have this issued asap please.

    Its been almost a week and this very simple issue is still ongoing.
    I appreciate that you reviewing same same for me however it seems to be taken an unwarranted amount of time to sort this.
    Via PM I have confirmed my contact dates fall within the promotional period.
    Please PM the web address and voucher code to redeem the free tablet, which formed part of our contract of sale with EIR.

    I know you are doing your best at your end however you can appreciate how frustrating this matter is. Its now over a week waiting on an simple email and code.
    Any idea how much longer this is going to take?
