Constantly contacting to know the whereabouts of this free jersey I was promised on signing up. Is it common to have someone have to repeatedly contact you for whats beginning to result in a broken promise. And if this results in a breach of contract by Eir

    I received an email on Friday at 15.30 telling me I wasn’t entitled to the jersey. 11 mins later I received an email telling me here is your voucher code! Only problem is they forgot to include the code. Again I complained and I eventually got the code. I fighting since Start of August about it. Keep fighting if you think you should get it. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Only for the free BT Sport I’d get rid of them. Dont even get me started on how they managed to give my landline number to another customer😀

    Hi Kyle, like I mentioned on previous comment, the code is not valid. "Adding of voucher code failed" message appeared while checkout. Is it possible to receive valid one? Thanks

    The code that I received in my e-mail does not work on the lifestyle sports website. I get messages about adding the code failed wherever I attempt to use it in the checkout process. Would you kindly send me a code that does work? Thank you.

    Hi,

    I sent the jersey details requested by eir_Kyle a week ago and have still to get a reply from the 'appropriate team' and, from reading posts on this thread, I'm by no means the worst case.
    Would someone get a handle on this as, much like others seem to feel, this is beginning to look like a scam. I'm sure eir is happy assigning the appropriate resources to chasing a customer in breach of their contract so perhaps before the shoe is on the other foot, this mess can be sorted out in a professional manner rather than the way it is currently being being treated.
