There has been a recent increase in attempted phishing calls. During these calls a fictitious agent pertaining to be from eir, will attempt to obtain personal information and/or payment details.

If you do receive a call like this, please ensure that no personal information is exchanged and terminate the call immediately.

Remember the following:

eir will never call and request payment details or personal information from any of our customers.
Never disclose any information particularly personal or financial information.
If you have provided personal bank account or credit card details, please contact your bank immediately to confirm that your details have been compromised.
