Remember, we have different types of modem, so you'll need to have your model number to find the right steps for your modem. You can find the model number on the box you received your modem in or on the sticker at the base of the modem.

If the modem is a replacement, you can dispose of your old modem at your local WEEE Centre or you can drop it to any eir or Meteor store and we’ll dispose of it for you. To find your local WEEE collection centre, please click here
