250GB Mobile broadband query (Question)

Hi,
I have signed up for mobile broadband 250GB package.

When I login to my eir I see this usage stat:

11.315 / 177.419 GB

Why is this 177.419 GB and not 250GB - the package is called "Home Broadband 4G 250GB "
