Dear Eir,
I had cancelled my account on the 18th of Jan 2018 and filled out the link that u given me. But today 7th of April I still receive another bill even though I paid last bill and send all your equipments back (I got a receipt from an post). I won't pay since I no longer use your service, could u please remove me from your billing system.

    Can you please confirm your following details and I'll look into this for you?

    1.Account Number
    2. Full name,
    3. Full postal address,
    4. If I'm speaking with the account holder,
    5. Date of birth.

    I've looked into your account and can see that you've logged the cease request on the 22/01/2018, however, your account is still active. I've removed the invalid charges from your account.
