Last Monday week, 23rd Oct I could access my email address all day but that evening Eir webmail stopped recognising my password. I tried to reset the password but a message popped up stating I had to contact Technical support which I did on Tuesday 24th. The tech I spoke to took my details and it to said someone would ring me back within 24hrs, but probably within the next few hours. 24hrs passed with no return call so I called tech support again on Wed 25th Oct. This guy told me the first tech gave me the wrong information and he would send me a template with 6 questions I had to answer and an email address to send it to which I did and sent back on that same day Wed 25th Oct. I got a case reference number 2760419 but have heard nothing since, over two weeks have passed. Since I sent the answers to the questions on the template I have sent another email to these guys asking was there any update but got no reply. Could you please try and get some information on this , I am sure I have received emails that may be time sensitive from forum's I have signed up to and such. The case number should provide you with the email address in question and the email address I am using for correspondence.
